Digital Product & Refund Policy

Everything is digital

Every product is a downloadable PDF. Nothing is shipped, so there are no delivery times, shipping fees or returns by mail. Access is delivered by a download link after payment is completed.

Refund position

Because our products are digital and access is provided immediately after purchase, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once download access has been issued. If you are charged twice, receive the wrong product, cannot access your files due to a technical issue on our side, or receive a corrupted file, contact us and we will correct the issue or provide an appropriate refund.

Where consumer law in your country gives you a statutory right to cancel or to a remedy for a faulty digital product, that right applies regardless of the rule above.

If something's wrong with a file

Corrupted file, wrong item, missing pages, or a link that won't open? Email 1figureoutablelife@gmail.com with the address you used at checkout and what happened. Fixing or re-issuing the file is always the first step, and it usually solves it. Troubleshooting steps are on the Help & FAQ page.

Duplicate or unrecognized charges

Email us with the date and amount and we'll check the order record. Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.

Updates to purchased products

When a product you bought is revised, the updated version replaces the file on your existing download page at no extra cost while your access window is active. New, separate products are not included in a past purchase.
