How do the digital downloads actually work?
Everything here is digital. After a purchase is completed, you get a private download page link (and it's emailed to the address you used at checkout). Open the link, tap the file you want, and it saves to your phone, tablet or computer. Nothing ships, nothing arrives in the mail.
What file format do I get?
PDF. Every printable, workbook and cheat sheet is a PDF sized for US Letter and A4, so it opens on basically anything — phone, tablet, laptop, library computer.
Printable or fillable — which is it?
Both, depending on how you like to work. Print the pages and write on them by hand, or open the PDF in a free reader (Apple Books, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Xodo, GoodNotes) and type or write on it with a stylus. Save your typed version under a new filename so your blank copy stays blank.
Where do I find something I already bought?
Use the download link from your purchase confirmation. It stays active for 90 days and allows multiple downloads per file, so grab the files onto your own device and keep them there. Lost the link? Email support with the address you used and we'll re-send it.
Any printing recommendations?
Print at 100% scale (not 'fit to page') on regular letter or A4 paper. Black-and-white is fine — everything is designed to stay readable without color ink. Trackers and checklists you'll reuse look great printed a few copies at a time, or laminated with a dry-erase marker. Print shops and library printers work too; bring the PDF on your phone or a USB stick.
What am I allowed to do with the files?
You get a personal-use license: print as many copies as you want for yourself and your own household, forever. Please don't resell, share, re-upload, give away, or use the files for commercial or classroom distribution, and don't edit them to sell as your own. If you want to use these with a group, team or class, email first and we'll sort out something fair.
A download failed or the file won't open. Now what?
Try these in order: reload the download page and tap the file again; switch from in-app browsers (Instagram, TikTok) to Safari or Chrome; check your device's Downloads folder before assuming it failed; open the file with a real PDF reader instead of a preview window. Still stuck, or the link says expired or limit reached? Email support and we'll re-issue it.
How do I contact a human?
